The Human Resources & Alumni department prides itself on making the most out of every ITIC event while working with a small number of staff.  As a department, we organize team building activities, and important activities/events and try to solve personal problems between members, to try to make ITIC work smoothly and our members feel like part of a team as much as possible. The department also promotes several Alumni engaging activities.

Our main objectives are to rethink the recruitment process, more and better team building, evaluate the process of all members, and find younger students to be a part of ITIC and mentoring program for new members.
